Cute and lovely apartment with views because of their beautiful garden. The staff - lovely and accommodating. Marvellous setting close enough to palace, restaurants, shops, spas and the Ubud Market, and shops.

Location was absolutely perfect; it was close to Threads of Life Gallery. Moreover, it was in secure area next to restaurants, the markets and palace and even the Monkey Forest, and the center of Ubud, close to all the tourist attractions...

We appreciated the stay, it was very comfortable! The location was great and stunning, a minute walk from Threads of Life Souvenir Store. There was a great restaurant on the way. The staff was exceptionally nice and kind all the time. The room was spotless and neat, we had a good bed to rest in.

I had a wonderful week-long stay at this charming homestay in the heart of old Ubud town. The location is perfect, with the palace and art markets just a stone's throw away, yet it remains quiet and peaceful. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, going out of their way to make me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning and wifi worked well. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, and even rented a scooter from the owner to explore the area. Highly recommended!

    Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our two-week stay at Ben's Homestay. The spacious balcony on the second floor provided a wonderful view of the beautiful garden. The rooms were large, clean, and had attached indoor bathrooms. Ben, his wife, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The breakfast options of green pancake with banana and coconut flakes or a delicious omelette were tasty. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the center. The homestay had a serene atmosphere with its tropical plants and shrines. The WIFI was fast and stable, perfect for digital nomads. we highly recommend this authentic and friendly homestay. We'll definitely come back when in Ubud!

    Would definitely recommend this hotel.

For the value we paid, the family room at Ben's Homestay was an absolute steal. The fully equipped kitchen and traditional design of the bungalow made it a cozy and unique stay. The hosts were incredibly sweet and helpful, providing a simple yet satisfying breakfast in the mornings. The spacious rooms and clean bathrooms added to the overall comfort of our stay. Highly recommend this peaceful and green oasis in the heart of Ubud.

Great Location! the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the nearby attractions and amenities. Within walking distance, you can find shops, restaurants, and even supermarkets. there are beautiful rice fields and a traditional market nearby, giving you a taste of local culture. Comfortable Rooms: the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the beds come with mosquito nets, and the bathrooms are a good size with hot and cold water. Each room also has a balcony where you can enjoy the view. Friendly Staff: the staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful, and attentive to your needs. They provide excellent service and are always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. the daily housekeeping is a nice touch, keeping the rooms fresh and clean.

The prices offered are higher than what you might find on the streets, so it's best to explore other options if you're budget-conscious. Limited Garden Space: the hotel's garden is not very spacious, consisting of small strips of grass with trees.

The value for money was exceptional, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect, close to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still quiet and relaxing. The staff, especially Ben and his family, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home right away.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The rooms at Ben's Homestay are cozy and perfect for relaxation. I really loved the seating area where I could unwind after a long day. The private bathrooms with hot and cold showers were a great touch, ensuring a refreshing experience. The mosquito net provided peace of mind for a good night's sleep. With a tile/marble floor, the double room felt clean and refreshing. Plus, the air conditioning in the twin/double room kept me cool during the hot Bali days. The private entrance of the double room added a sense of privacy, making me feel like I had my own little retreat. I also enjoyed the balcony in the twin/double room, providing a lovely spot to enjoy the view.

The only downside for me was the garden view in the double room. Though some may find it charming, I personally prefer a different kind of view.
